Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer. For longer periods of storage, store at -20C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles. Acyl-CoA synthases catalyze the initial reaction in fatty acid metabolism, by forming a thioester with CoA. |
