We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? |
| Description |
Epitope: C terminus. Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, C-YLVLRYRVKSER, representing the C terminusof the sequence according to NP_071452.2. Please note, this antibody is considered to be Innovators Grade. Innovators Grade antibodies have been validated for limited uses and require additional characterization for most new species/applications. These antibodies are directed against antigens that have limited or no commercial antibodies available for them, or for which there are limited expression data available to us. In an effort to encourage customer feedback, Novus has made these antibodies available through our Innovators Reward program. Under this program, Novus will provide you a 50% refund on the purchased product as well as a 50% discount on a future product of equal value in exchange for your new data. Please contact us at innovators@novusbio.com for more details. The protein encoded by this gene is included in the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the White subfamily and is expressed predominantly in liver tissue. The function has not yet been determined but may involve cholesterol transport. Alternate splice variants have been described but their full length sequences have not been determined. |
