Immunogenizing peptide sequence GAPPGYRPSAWVHLLHQLPRADFQLRPVPSVFAPQEQEYQQALLLVAALA. This product comes as a Lyophilized powder. Reconstitution Instructions: Add 50 ul of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer. For longer periods of storage, store at -20C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles. TTYH1 is a member of the tweety family of proteins. Members of this family function as chloride anion channels. TTYH1 functions as a calcium (2+)-independent, volume-sensitive large conductance chloride (-) channel.
