Specific Activity: ~100U/mgUnit Definition: One unit of Axl activity is defined as 1nmol phosphate incorporated into 250uM KKSRGDYMTMQIG per minute at 30°C with a final ATP concentration of 100uM.Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. |
