Our Technology

Nplex Laboratory is founded on a proprietary multifunctional lipid-based nanoparticle platform, using cutting edge synthesis and formulation technologies developed at world leading institutes.  Since its inception in 2010, our first line of nanotechnology-based reagents, Nplex LiteN, combines the functional features of an antibody, fluorophore, and macromolecular nanoscaffold.  This is the solution to fluorescent amplification and multiplex biomarker profiling. Unlike traditional dyes, Nplex LiteN incorporates over 2,000 luminescent probes that emit fluorescence for a longer period of time.  Without modifying current protocols, the signals and sensitivity are enhanced multifold in most applications.  Results can be seen in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), flow cytometry/FACS, ELISA, isoelectric focusing/capillary electrophoresis, multiplex bead assays, as well as other demanding proteomic analysis.  Explore our current product line or customize your own Nplex LiteN to address your analytical needs.
