| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human IL-17A in ELISA and ELISpot and of human IL-17A/F in ELISpot. The antibody is also suitable for detection of IL-17A using Flow cytometry. Specificity: Native and recombinant IL-17A. The antibody binds to the A subunit of the IL-17A/F heterodimer. The antibody also cross-reacts with IL-17A from cow, sheep, horse, pig and dog. |
