| Description | Anti-GST Antibody, clone 5B8 , ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected GST in HeLa cells transfeced with GST expression plasmid. ELISA Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL from a representative lot detected GST on plates coated with in GST, GST-TBP (Tata-Bindidng protein), and GST-beta-catenin. Dot Blot Analysis: A 1:1, 000 dilution from a representative lot detected various concentrations of GST-Tagged recombinant protein (portion of CD25 from amino acids 22-140), but not the His-Tagged recombinant protein.
