| Description | Cytokeratin 10/13 Antibody, anti-human, FITC, REAfinity™. Clone REA1138 recognizes the human keratin proteins cytokeratin 10 and cytokeratin 13. Cytokeratins are a family of proteins of keratin-containing intermediate filaments located in the intracytoplasmic cytoskeleton of epithelial tissues. Keratins play a critical role in mechanical stability and integrity of epithelial cells and tissues, have regulatory functions, and are involved in intracellular signaling pathways. | Additional information: Clone REA1138 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
