| Description | Rabbits were immunized with C-MYC peptide conjugated to a carrier protein. The resulting antiserum was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-C-MYC was immunoaffinity purified. Purification was followed by coupling to an agarose gel. |
| Immunogen | Procedure: Rabbits were immunized with C-MYC peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase then coupled to agarose beads using aldehyde chemistry. |
