| Description | Recognize His-tag proteins in all species. Poly histidine (HHHHHH) is frequently used as affinity tag to facilitate the detection, isolation, and localaiztion of the recombinant proteins. This high affinity and specific anti-Histidine antibody is developed using HHHHHH peptide conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the HHHHHH peptide on Agarose. The antibody is useful for detection, isolation and localization of the His-tag proteins. |
