Description | Specificity: Q-bend 10 reacts with a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 105-120kD, which is selectively expressed on Human lymphoid, myeloid haemapoietic progenitor cells and also expressed on vascular endothelium. CD34 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 105-120kD. The antigen is selectively expressed on Human lymphoid, myeloid haemapoietic progenitor cells and expressed on vascular endothelium. This antibody is of value in the study of benign and malignant vascular tumors as well as in the characterization of leukemias. |
Immunogen | Source Note: Q-bend 10 is a Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody derived by fusion of p3-NS-0 Mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BABL/c Mouse immunized with an immunogenic fraction isolated from Human leucocytes. |
