| Description | Recognize phosphorylated Akt1 on serine 473. Not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated form of Akt. AKT is a family of kinase, which is responsive to the cell activation. The anti-phospho-Akt antibody is raised with a phosphor peptide based on sequence of human Akt1 (465-479) and affinity purified with the same peptide on agarose. The non-phopho-specific antibody was removed by the non-phospho-peptide based on the same sequence. The affinity purified antibody was conjugated peroxidase (HRP) and is useful for detection of phosphorylated form of Akt |
