| Description | Purified anti-TCF12. TCF12, also known as HTF4 or HEB, is a member of class I basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) protein family that recognizes the consensus E-box (5?-CANNTG-3?) DNA binding site. TCF12 is a transcription factor that participates in regulating gene expression through formation of homodimer or heterodimers with other bHLH E-proteins.
