| Description | Purified anti-Tapasin (Tapbp). Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules present peptide antigens recognized by CD8 T cells to enable the immune recognition of virally or malignantly transformed cells exposing non-self peptides. Selection and loading of peptides onto MHC I is orchestrated by the peptide-loading complex (PLC).
