| Description | Purified anti-TBLR1. TBLR1 is a member of the WD40 repeat-containing family of proteins. It shares similarity with TBL1 in sequence, and is believed to be a component of the complex of nuclear corepressor and HDAC3. TBLR1 is involved in signaling pathway during development through the regulation of chromatin acetylation. It is also associated with diseases including pierpont syndrome, mental retardation, and autism spectrum disorders. |
