| Description | LAG3 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained from KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human LAG3. It has various different biological effects on T-cell functioning. It is made of 503 AA. It is expressed on various cells, for example, activated t-cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells and b cells. It is Involved in lymphocyte activation and binds to HLA class-II antigen. Maintaining of CD8 level is a function carried out by this protein. |
