This product is a human IgG1 antibody that recognizes human B7-H4, a protein belonging to the B7 costimulatory protein family, which is present on the surface of antigen-presenting cells and interact with ligand bound to receptors on the surface of T cells. Alsevalimab is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays. |
