| Description | Human Anti-ASGR1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0723-WK59). This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human ASGR1, which is a transmembrane protein that plays a critical role in serum glycoprotein homeostasis by mediating the endocytosis and lysosomal degradation of glycoproteins with exposed terminal galactose or N-acetylgalactosamine residues. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100. |
