This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human CD43, which is a highly sialylated glycoprotein that functions in antigen-specific activation of T cells, and is found on the surface of thymocytes, T lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and some B lymphocytes. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays. |
