| Description | Rabbit anti-GEF-H1 Antibody, Affinity Purified. GEF-H1 (guanine nucleotide exchange factor H1) is a microtubule regulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the RhoA GTPase. It catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP by Rho in response to microtubule destabilization. GEF-H1 has shown to be regulated during cytokinesis and plays a role in the cleavage furrow. |
