| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IgG2b in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of total IgG2b producing cells and antigen-specific IgG2b producing cells using ELISpot. Specificity: Mouse IgG2b. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g. C57BL/6 and NOD mice), IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow and human. |
