| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of rat IgG2a in e.g. ELISA and ELISpot. Specificity: Rat IgG2a. No cross-reactivity (less than 0.1%) with rat IgG1, IgG2b, IgG2c, IgA, IgM, IgE or with IgG from mouse, cow, rabbit, horse, goat, human, monkey, cat or dog. The antibody is specific for rat IgG2a. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with rat IgG1, IgG2b, IgG2c, IgA, IgM, IgE, or with IgG from mouse, cow, rabbit, horse, goat, human, monkey, cat or dog. |
