| Description | These monoclonal antibodies enable sensitive and specific detection of mouse immunoglobulin kappa and lambda light chains in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of Ig producing cells using ELISpot. Specificity: Mouse Ig kappa and lambda chains. MT24 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin kappa (κ) light chain and JC5-1 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin lambda (λ) light chain. Kappa chains generally represent more than 90% of mouse Ig light chains. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse and human. |
