| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IgG2a in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of total IgG2a producing cells and antigen-specific IgG2a producing cells using ELISpot. Specificity: Mouse IgG2a. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with mouse IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow and human. Low cross-reactivity (2.5%) with IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g. C57BL/6 and NOD mice). |
