| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IgG1 in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of total IgG1 producing cells and antigen-specific IgG1 producing cells using ELISpot. Specificity: Mouse IgG1. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g. C57BL/6 and NOD mice), IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow and human. |
