| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human IgG4 in ELISA and ELISpot. In ELISpot it is recommended as capture antibody when detecting with biotinylated antigen. Specificity: Human IgG4. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from mouse, rat, goat and rabbit. Low cross-reactivity with bovine IgG (1.5%) and IgG from rhesus and cynomolgus macaque (<1%). |
