Description | Anti-phospho-TIP60 (pSer86) antibody produced in rabbit. TIP60 (HIV1-TATinteractive protein) possess acetyltransferase activity and participates in chromatin remodeling and DNA damage repair. TIP60 is involved in protein stabilization and protein function modulation. The presence of chromodomain and MYST domain in its structure enables acetylation of both histone and non-histone proteins. TIP60 in association with androgenic receptors and transcription factors can control gene transcription and cell cycle process. TIP60 mediates p53 action to induce apoptosis. TIP60 inhibits Hepatitis B virus infection. TIP60 acts as a haploinsufficient tumor suppressor. |
