Description | CD140b Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA634 recognizes the mouse CD140b antigen, also known as platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β (PDGFR-β), a tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for homodimeric PDGFB and PDGFD and for heterodimers formed by PDGFA and PDGFB. CD140b plays a role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation, chemotaxis, survival, and migration. CD140b is expressed on embryonic tissues and mesenchymal-derived cells in adult mice. | Additional information: Clone REA634 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
