Description | TCR Vβ13.1 Antibody, anti-human, APC-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA560 recognizes the human Vβ13.1 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ13.1). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains. TCR Vβ13.1 is expressed on a subset of α/β T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA560 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
