Description | Tyrosinase Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA1149 recognizes the human Tyrosinase, a copper-containing oxidase that plays a role in the formation of pigments such as melanins and other polyphenolic substances. It is present in melanosomes which are synthesized in the skin melanocytes and is expressed in plant and animal tissues that catalyzes the production of melanin and other pigments from tyrosine by oxidation. | Additional information: Clone REA1149 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
