Description | IL-12 (p40/p70) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA136 recognizes the 40 kDa p40 subunit of mouse IL-12, either in free form, as a homodimer or when it is expressed a part of heterodimeric IL-12 and IL-23 cytokines, where it associates with p35 and p19 subunit respectively. p40 shows homology to the extracellular domain of the members of haematopoietic cytokine-receptor family. Expression of p40 is restricted to cells producing IL-12. | Additional Information: Clone REA136 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
