Description | CD300f (IREM-1) Antibody, anti-human, VioBlue®, REAfinity™. Clone REA1129 recognizes the human CD300f antigen, also known as immune receptor expressed by myeloid cell 1 (IREM-1), which is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein member of the CD300 family. It is expressed on myeloid cells and in peripheral blood on monocytes and granulocytes. CD300f binds the p85α regulatory subunit of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) and can enhance phagocytosis of apoptotic cells. | Additional information: Clone REA1129 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
