DescriptionERp72 (PDIA4) Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL1125 is an antibody fragment derived from the full ERp72 (PDIA4) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL947 recognizes the human ERp72 (PDIA4), a luminal endoplasmic reticulum protein, that belongs to the family of CGHC-containing proteins. ERp72 (PDIA4) is an enzyme, that catalyzes protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions. It is also known as ERP70 and is described as Protein disulfide isomerase family A member 4. Cytoplasmic expression of ERp72 is found in all tissues, in most glandular epithelia ERp72 is expressed in high levels. ERp72 has a low cancer specificity and is detected in all cancers. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
