Description | RT1B Antibody, anti-mouse/rat, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA564 recognizes non-polymorphic determinants of the mouse and rat RT1B antigen, also known as MHC class II antigen. MHC class II molecules are expressed in professional, immune antigen presenting cells, such as B lymphocytes, epidermal Langerhans cells, dendritic cells, some tissue macrophages, subsets of thymocytes, peritoneal mast cells, and small intestinal villus epithelium. REA564 recognizes the RT1B antigen expressed by C3H mice, but not by Balb/c or C57BL6 mice. | Additional information: Clone REA564 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
