Description | ESAM Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA722 recognizes the mouse endothelial cell-selective adhesion molecule (ESAM) antigen, a 55 kDa molecule, which is also known as a transmembrane tight junction protein composed of a single transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain. By affecting endothelial cell contacts, ESAM is mostly expressed on endothelial cells of various organs such as heart, lung, kidney, and skin, participating in the migration of neutrophils through the vessel wall. | Additional information: Clone REA722 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
