Description | CD125 (IL-5Rα) Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA705 recognizes the human CD125 (IL-5Rα) antigen, a subunit of the heterodimeric interleukin 5 (IL-5) receptor which binds to IL-5. The human IL-5 receptor has an a subunit (IL-5Rα) and a b subunit (βC) that are able to activate the Janus kinases JAK1 and JAK2 and a signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT5). CD125 is expressed on eosinophils and basophils. | Additional information: Clone REA705 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
