Description | CD45RB Antibody, anti-mouse, APC. The monoclonal antibody C363-16A reacts with an isoform of mouse CD45 known as CD45RB, which is exon B dependent. It is a 220 kDa glycoprotein expressed at a high density on peripheral B cells, on a subpopulation of T cells and thymocytes and is weakly expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. |
