Description | CDw210b (IL-10Rβ) Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA848 recognizes the mouse CDw210b antigen, also known as interleukin-10 receptor beta (IL-10Rβ), a subunit of the IL-10 receptor. CDw210b is member of the type II cytokine receptor protein family and has an extracellular domain with two fibronectin type III domains. CDw210b is a component of the IL-22 receptor complex consisting of the IL-10Rβ and IL-22R and is expressed ubiquitously. | Additional information: Clone REA848 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
