Description | Nur77 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA704 recognizes the mouse Nur77 antigen, a member of the steroid/ thyroid hormone receptor superfamily of intracellular transcription factors. Nur77 is an inducible orphan nuclear receptor also known as NR4A1 or nerve growth factor IB (NGFI-B) and plays a role in cell cycle mediation, inflammation, and apoptosis and is involved in mediation of inflammatory responses in macrophages. Nur77 expression is found on thymocytes and T cell lines and is mainly expressed in testis but also in brain and muscle tissue. | Additional information: Clone REA704 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
