Description | CD45.1 Antibody, anti-mouse, PerCP-Vio® 700, REAfinity™. Clone REA1179 recognizes the mouse CD45.1 alloantigen of CD45, a membrane glycoprotein also known as leukocyte common antigen or Ly-5. CD45.1 is expressed by all leukocytes in mouse strains SJL/J, STS/A, RIII, and DA. CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family and is involved in the regulation of T and B cell antigen receptor signaling. Clone REA1179 does not react with the CD45.2 alloantigen expressed by most mouse strains. | Additional information: Clone REA1179 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
