Description | CD6 Antibody, anti-human, Biotin, REAfinity™. Clone REA1075 recognizes the human CD6 antigen, a 100 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. CD6 is expressed on the majority of T cells as well as on a subset of B cells in peripheral blood. The CD6 antigen is also expressed at low levels on immature thymocytes and at high levels on mature thymocytes. CD6 functions as an adhesion molecule as well as costimulatory molecule for TCR-mediated T cell activation. | Additional information: Clone REA1075 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
