| Description | Specificity: NRBF2 antibody detects endogenous levels of total NRBF2. Function: May modulate transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. Can act as transcriptional activator (in vitro).Subunit Structure: Interacts with PPARA, PPARD and PPARG. Interacts with RARA, RARG and RXRA in the presence of bound ligand (PubMed:15610520). Interacts with SCOC (PubMed:22354037). Associates with the PI3K complex I (PI3KC3-C1); the direct binding partner in the complex is reported variably as PIK3R4 or ATG14 (PubMed:24785657). |
