| Description | Specificity: By IEP and ELISA, the antibodies react with human ferritin. Recommended starting dilutions for ELISA: capture antibody: 1-4ug/mL. Recommended starting dilution for blotting: 1-0.1 ug/mL. Polyclonal Antibody rabbit anti-human FERRITIN procedure: Rabbits were immunized with purified human ferritin in Freunds adjuvant. The rabbit(s) were bled, serum collected and the anti-ferritin was immunoaffinity purified on an antigen containing immunoabsorbant. By IEP and Elisa, the antibodies react with human ferritin.
