| Description | This PTPRCAP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 90-118 amino acids from the Central region of human PTPRCAP. The protein encoded by this gene was identified as atransmembrane phosphoprotein specifically associated with tyrosinephosphatase PTPRC/CD45, a key regulator of T- and B-lymphocyteactivation. The interaction with PTPRC may be required for thestable expression of this protein. |
