| Description | Mouse anti Dog IgG2 antibody, clone CA4F1 recognizes the canine IgG2 heavy chain. ELISA tests have shown that this clone does not react with canine IgG1, IgA or IgM (Arce et al. 2002). Mouse anti Dog IgG2, clone CA3H1 does not react with the Fab portion of canine IgG or recognize heat, acid and periodate treated canine IgG. Competition ELISA demonstrated that anti dog IgG2 clones CA3H1 and CA4F1 were able to completely inhibit the binding of each other to IgG2 indicating that both clones recognize the same or closely related epitopes. |
