Description | This ADAMTS10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 210-240 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ADAMTS10. This gene belongs to the ADAMTS (a disintegrin andmetalloproteinase domain with thrombospondin type-1 motifs) familyof zinc-dependent proteases. ADAMTS proteases are complex secretedenzymes containing a prometalloprotease domain of the reprolysintype attached to an ancillary domain with a highly conservedstructure that includes at least one thrombospondin type 1 repeat. They have been demonstrated to have important roles in connectivetissue organization, coagulation, inflammation, arthritis, angiogenesis and cell migration.
