| Description | This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against CSGlcA-T. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.Target Description: CSGlcA-T belongs to the chondroitin N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase family. It transfers glucuronic acid (GlcUA) from UDP-GlcUA to N-acetylgalactosamine residues on the non-reducing end of the elongating chondroitin polymer. CSGlcA-T has no N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase activity. |
