Description | This CD7 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 34-61 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human CD7. This gene encodes a transmembrane protein which is amember of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is found onthymocytes and mature T cells. It plays an essential role in T-cellinteractions and also in T-cell/B-cell interaction during earlylymphoid development. |
