| Description | Specificity: Antibody UM4D4 recognizes a 9-0-acetylated disialosyl group linked to the glycoprotein. mAb name/Clone: UM4D4 Human CD60b antigen is a glycolipid determinant found on about 30% of peripheral blood T cells. The glycolipid determinant is linked to a glycoprotein which can transduce activation signals. Antibody UM4D4 recognizes a 9-0-acetylated disialosyl group linked to the glycoprotein CD60b. Antibody UM4D4 will activate T cells. |
