| Description | Recognize 70 kD S6K, not cross-react with RSK1. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-p70 S6K antibodies were developed with c-terminal peptide of human S6K (p70) and were conjugated to horse-radish peroxidase through reductive amination. This conjugates has been used for one-step immuno-blotting of crude cell lysates and immunoprecipitated p70 S6K. The use of HRP conjugates, reduce time of blotting and background, particularly the interfere of IgG bands resulting from IP. |
